Brilliant service from UK Airport Taxi. I have never used them before but would absolutely recommend to everyone. The driver arrived slightly early, got out of his car to help with luggage, the taxi was immaculate and the price to Luton Airport was unbeatable. I am so happy to have found this company. I booked a taxi from Bedford to Stansted. Price was the cheapest I found after comparing few companies and the service was 5 STAR. They keep you updated by email and sms all time and you can also pay on the go with an url they send you. Service is great, people is so kind from first to last. My driver (Ahmed) was very friendly and kept me awake at 5 am by sharing our stories from Spain. I am so thankful and I trully recommend them!

I used the service on 11th August early in the morning at four o'clock from Luton to London Heathrow. Traveling as a family ( 4 kids) isn't easy. Using UK Airport Taxi was the best desicion and experience. Booking was easy and in minutes done. I booked weeks in advance and was a little worried that the driver might not come. I was chatting and speaking with friendly stuff, telling me not to worry... The driver was even earlier than the appointment very friendly and helpful. We got dropped off at Heathrow, the driver asked me if I'm sure about the terminal, it looked closed but I was sure and we got dropped, to find out it was really closed😢at this time we couldn't reach no taxi service in London at 5 am in the morning. I was close to cry, when I called the driver and he just offered to come back, got us and all the suitcases back in and drove us to the right terminal. Anytime I'll travel I 'll book with UK Airport Taxi and can only recommend to anyone. Prices, service everything on point. Thank you soo much. 🌸🙏🏽

Booked 12 hrs prior to needing the taxi, requested two car seats on online form and double checked quickly via email. The taxi was really easy to find and on time, the car was super clean and the car seats were for the correct ages, clean and ready to use. A pre-booked taxi to T3 drops you at the Terminal 3 departures forecourt which is a four-lane drop-off area at the upper level of the terminal building, accessed via the Heathrow tunnel. Your driver pulls into the kerbside lane, you unload, and they pull away within Heathrow's 10-minute forecourt limit.
T3 sits in the Central Terminal Area alongside T2. From the M4, exit at Junction 4 and take the M4 spur road to Junction 4a, then go straight through the Heathrow tunnel and follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures. From the M25, exit at Junction 15, join the M4 east towards London, then follow the same approach. Postcode for satnav: TW6 1QG.
Every pre-booked fare to T3 includes:
Your driver knows which forecourt lane to use to keep the drop within Heathrow's 10-minute stay limit. No circling, no overstay penalty.
For short-haul departures (Iberia to Madrid, Finnair to Helsinki, BA codeshares), leave home 2.5 hours before your flight. For long-haul (Emirates A380 to Dubai, Qantas to Sydney, Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong, Virgin Atlantic to JFK), allow 3.5 hours.
We schedule your pickup backwards from your check-in deadline, factoring in the M4 spur and the Heathrow tunnel approach.
Heathrow does not allow private hire pickups on the T3 forecourt as this area is drop-off only. Every taxi collects from the Terminal 3 Terminal Parking (formerly Short Stay) car park, attached to the arrivals building via a short-covered walkway.
Clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow signs from T3 arrivals to Terminal Parking (also signposted as Short Stay). The car park is referred to as Terminal 3 Car Park 1A, postcode TW6 1RU. The walk is around 5 minutes.
Heathrow's free _Heathrow Wi-Fi covers all four terminals. Connect as soon as you land in T3 arrivals, register with your email, and keep WhatsApp open. Your driver can call or WhatsApp you over WiFi at no charge. They will tell you the exact level and bay in T3 Car Park 1A to meet at. It varies depending on availability on the day.
The clock starts when your flight touches down at T3, not when you booked. You have 45 minutes free to clear Border Force, collect bags from the carousel and walk to the pickup point. The T3 Terminal Parking fee is already in your fixed quote. So is the £7 drop-off charge if your return leg also uses Heathrow.
Add meet & greet at the booking stage. Your driver parks in T3 Terminal Parking, walks into the T3 arrivals hall, and waits with a name board from the moment you land. Particularly useful for long-haul arrivals on Virgin Atlantic from JFK or Los Angeles, Emirates from Dubai, or Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong, all of which land at T3 in the early morning UK time. T3 and T2 share the same M4 J4 approach and Heathrow tunnel, with the two terminals sitting next to each other in the Central Terminal Area. The fare to either from any UK origin is identical. T3 fares will differ slightly from T4 (south-side, M25 J14 access) and T5 (Western Perimeter Road, M25 J14 spur) for journeys from the south or south-west.
