Brilliant service from UK Airport Taxi. I have never used them before but would absolutely recommend to everyone. The driver arrived slightly early, got out of his car to help with luggage, the taxi was immaculate and the price to Luton Airport was unbeatable. I am so happy to have found this company. I used the service on 11th August early in the morning at four o'clock from Luton to London Heathrow. Traveling as a family ( 4 kids) isn't easy. Using UK Airport Taxi was the best desicion and experience. Booking was easy and in minutes done. I booked weeks in advance and was a little worried that the driver might not come. I was chatting and speaking with friendly stuff, telling me not to worry... The driver was even earlier than the appointment very friendly and helpful. We got dropped off at Heathrow, the driver asked me if I'm sure about the terminal, it looked closed but I was sure and we got dropped, to find out it was really closed😢at this time we couldn't reach no taxi service in London at 5 am in the morning. I was close to cry, when I called the driver and he just offered to come back, got us and all the suitcases back in and drove us to the right terminal. Booked 12 hrs prior to needing the taxi, requested two car seats on online form and double checked quickly via email. The taxi was really easy to find and on time, the car was super clean and the car seats were for the correct ages, clean and ready to use. Whilst we do try our best to accommodate our customers impacted by any flight delays above 45 minutes but do not guarantee for a pick up due to our company’s operational capacity at that time. In the particular instance of a flight delay of above 45 minutes, we therefore reserve the right to cancel you booking where we could not accommodate your delayed pick up and cannot be held legally responsible. If we do cancel your booking due to flight delay of above 45 minutes, you are entitled to a full booking refund only. We are not liable to pay any additional charges that you may incur for arranging any alternative transport once we cancel your booking.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats are available, we cannot guarantee, suitability for your child, or availability for your journey.
